POSTED AT THE MANOR GATE Notice is hereby given,
The Emergency Committee for the Management of Urgent Matters convened on Monday evening.
No urgent matters were identified.
Nevertheless, attendance by all committee members was considered essential.
Any member failing to attend without reasonable excuse shall be entered onto the Latrine Cleaning Schedule for a period not exceeding two years.
The meeting concluded at approximately the three-quarter hour after eight, following the arrival of the village geese for what they continue to describe as choir practice.
Proceedings could not reasonably continue thereafter.
The Office accepts no responsibility for any lasting discomfort suffered by those in attendance.
