Parchment Shortages
Good morrow Parishioners,
Due to parchment shortages, notices will henceforth be written on cabbage leaves. Cabbages are scarce due to the inclement weather, and have nothing whatsoever to do with Mrs Agnes Nettlewood, the Middle Woe herbalist (so she likes to be called, though the council is unsure of her background) using them for her own questionable potions.
As a result, no parish notices will be issued until an alternative is found. The Parish Council and Lord de Wode nonetheless expect all parishioners to adhere to all future notices, even though they will not be in writing, or in existence.
Please avoid digesting important announcements. Any potions from Mrs Nettlewood giving promises of medical improvement probably won't work.
