Pottage Problem
POSTED AT THE DOOR OF ALL HALLOWS CHURCH
To the faithful of Middle Woe,
It is with some regret that I must announce the temporary suspension of the parish alms dole.
This follows an unfortunate misunderstanding involving the volunteers responsible for its preparation and a pot of pottage whose condition has, upon reflection, been judged less than ideal.
Several parishioners have not been seen for a number of weeks.
We continue to pray for their swift recovery, or at the very least, their eventual return.
Until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved, parishioners are kindly requested to avoid the alley beside the forge.
